Subscribers billed directly through ABCmouse can change their payment method on our website (steps differ for third-party billing).
- Log in to ABCmouse through your desktop browser or mobile app.
- Select the Gear icon at the top of the screen and then click the Parent icon.
- In the Parent Section, select the My Account panel.
- Select the Billing panel to view and update your current method of payment.
- To update a payment card, select the Edit option near the top of the screen and enter your new card details when prompted.
- Select the Done button in the lower-right corner to save your changes.
Note: PayPal users can click the PayPal tab at the top of the page. You will be redirected to the PayPal website.
Third-party billing
If you aren’t able to update the payment information on your ABCmouse My Account page, you are likely billed through a third party. You can confirm this on your ABCmouse Billing page — the third party is listed in the Billing section. Some third parties may have specific restrictions in place.
iTunes
iTunes-billed subscribers can update their payment information on iTunes using a computer or an iOS device.
- Open iTunes
- At the top of the computer screen or iTunes window, select Account > View My Account (and sign in)
- Select Manage Payments next to Payment Information
- Make the necessary edits to your payment method
- Click Done to save the changes
- Open the Settings app
- Select your name > iTunes & App Stores
- Tap your Apple ID > View Apple ID (and sign in, if prompted)
- Tap Manage Payments
- Add or update your payment method
