Paypal

Find your PayPal Billing ID through PayPal:

Go to Settings > Automatic Payments.
Locate and select Age of Learning, Inc. in the Automatic Payments list.
Locate the Billing ID (B-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX).

Amazon Pay

Go to pay.amazon.com, click Sign in, select Check your Amazon Pay orders, and then sign in using your Amazon credentials.
Select the Merchant Agreements tab, select Manage Merchant Agreements to find your ABCmouse subscription, and then click Details.
Locate the Merchant Agreement ID (B01-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX).

APPLE, GOOGLE, AMAZON

It appears your billing is conducted by a third-party. The best way to locate your account is by contacting a Customer Care Specialist
